Ana in the world of Magical Castle

Children have the unique ability to create their own imaginary story. Some express in words some express in actions. Most importantly they attract to every new thing. When the #Colgate introduced its Magical Story. My niece Baby Ana wanted to play with it. Even in my busy schedule I always make time to play with her. So we have decided to play together with #ColgateMagicalStories which come with Colgate Dental Cream pack.
In the evening around 5 pm when I came home she rushed towards me. There was pure excitement in her to play around. I gave her the Colgate Dental Cream pack, she opened it and started to explore. Watch the Video to know how she play with # Colgate Magical Castle.

It was funny that when her mother came to know that I am capturing her on my Mobile camera she changed the dress of her and then later she left the Baby Ana to play.
Watch My Capture and her Dramatic story about the Magical castle and how princes will be saved from Dragon Castle.
My heartfelt thanks to #ColgateIndia, I was happy to spend quality time and helped me to become child for that moment.

Eat, Drink and Sleep. Say Yes to Honey Diet.

A happy way to live is Eat healthy , Drink Healthy and Sleep Healthy.

Diet is the word I always used and never followed. I am a kind of person who love variety of food and Ice cream. I never worries about my weight. Until I met with an accident my leg got operated and doctor advised me to lose weight as it will affect the leg.
Now I have decide to do the diet. Well I thought it was like skipping meals a day and eating less so I can reduce. But after doing it for one week I felt energy less I don’t know what happened to me. Then again I consulted doctor. Doctor advised me to have timely food and which has less calories and eat veggies and fruits and some normal exercise. I thought let’s give it a try and started the same. Almost two weeks I have done it. But again the taste did not stop I even started taking junk food sometime. This did not help much. I couldn’t lose my weight much. I never stopped here I was continuously taking walk at least for 3 KM per day and like Doctor said having Veggies and fruits with fiber content in it and of course with less calories.
One fine day I went to my friend place and while chit chatting he said like he consuming honey for diet. I couldn’t control my laugh on him. Then he explained like morning immediately after getting up he taking honey with water and he will have his breakfast little delayed. Whenever he prefer to eat more sugar he use honey. He was doing it for past one month and he said he feeling good about it. I explained him my situation how I am doing to lose my weight. We were discussing about what happened to me and so.
While doing the crash Diet problems I faced:
a. When I suddenly dropped my consumption rate to reduce my body metabolism got unbalanced.
b. I lost my protein and water in first week so my body got weaker, when the protein supply reduces body get weaker.
c. Instead of Bad fat burning body consumed my Good fat which is necessary for the body.
d. When I restricted my calories my blood sugar level got reduced which another effect of the crash diet.
e. And importantly I have neglected the healthy diet. Body always required same amount of energy even if you do nothing. Organ functions consume same amount of energy even they are idle.
After analyzing where I have gone wrong I have started healthy diet. Every day I eat normal now reduced a lot sugar contents in food. Whenever I feel to eat sugar I take Honey.
When I got introduced to Dabur Honey diet plans I started using honey in almost everything. Now I am feeling very much healthy and light weight. Let me share you my diet plan

Get Up >> Warm Water with Honey/ Green Tea with Honey/Normal Tea with Honey >> Morning Walk >> Breakfast at 8.30 >> Then at 11 Am I feel like to eat chocolate so I carry a small pack of Honey bottle One tea spoon or Honey chocolate (No Sugar) >> Lunch at 1.30 >> some snacks at 4 pm and Tea >> Dinner at 8 pm very light >> one glass Milk and for taste I use Honey
It is great and awesome plan. Now I never need to skip any meal or anything. Timely food which keeps me fit. Now I eat drink and enjoy the life without worrying about anything like before.
Now I say happy Diet.

Being a fan of Airtel telecom network new #AirtelMyApp given a great freedom to me.

When it comes to Technology I always like to keep myself update with it. Which helps to save my time and resources in this fast pace life where there is so much to do.  From Last 8 years I am using Airtel network. Earlier days when we have to go to the market and do physical shopping and find a mobile operator to recharge the phone and pay the bill. Digital revolution and now mobile phones have become smarter and powerful which can do so many things with just a single touch on touch screen.

The app sphere is abuzz with every company wanting to create a unique offering for smart phone users. Moving clicks and convince to the touch of a smart phone with a seamless and easy to use interface has become the top priority to capture market share. All online players worth their muscle are investing in building up offerings on the Android and iOS platform.
The future is already here with Airtel application and it is faster than even I have imagined. The application acts as a single platform to recharge the mobile and pay bills for different Airtel facilities like 3G service, DTH channels and landline telephone bills.
#MyAirtelApp is the latest offering by Airtel to offer the convenience of all its services to mobile subscribers.
Dial #121 for this and something else for that, very annoying. Then, luckily I heard about #MyAirtelApp and downloaded it to see what the fuss was all about.

Here are three key features about the app that fit in perfectly with today’s fast paced lifestyle.

1. Check, Monitor and Pay.
The best Feature and a simple feature is anytime anywhere you can check your Account details, Monitor on the Data and Call usage. And Pay instant with amazing cash back offers. Only thing you have to do is add your account and have relief from dial and check usage. And goodbye to those annoying traditional methods.

2. I want To.
To recharge any Airtel number from this app itself, just by entering a few things like the number and amount. Thanks to #AirtelMyApp, I can recharge any Airtel number with just a few clicks, hassle free! That’s not all. This app also allows me to access all my Airtel accounts whether fixed, broadband, DTH, mobile (pre-paid and post-paid), multiple numbers, all at one place.

3. Airtel Surprises.
As I am always looking for something extra and love to get free swags and coupons. #MyAirtelApp is perfect for me as it comes with “Airtel surprises" when we shake our mobile phone. The surprise are indeed awesome as we can choose from coupons and discount vouchers of different brands and categories like entertainment, online shopping and much more.

Intel innovation in E-governance will be the success of #DigitalIndia

Digital India.
This is the great initiative by Government of India. I born and brought up at one of the Indian Village I complete my higher education in sub urban city and now me working at one of the metropolitan city. My journey from Village to Metropolitan city thought a lot of things.
I believe many are aware of the Digital India Vision if not end of this post I have shared the links which explains what digital India vision is.
Before 2005 there was no computer installed in our village. Only there was telephone connection and the all through paper work. The people were hardly benefited by the government schemes. No transparency in any of the governance. I believed that our village will not grow at all.
I was wrong the technology and the Digital vision made a drastic change in our village. Now every person who belongs to our village will get a message on their mobile phone of any event or any schemes that are coming up by government. There is online portal now. Every person can check their query status through the website. Now there is lot of transparency in the governance, people are benefited in all the way.
This happened only because of technology or I can say it is #DigitalIndia.
With regard to this Intel India taken greater initiative, to support the #DigitalIndia Vision.
Among other things, Intel India launched a mobile application that would enable digital skills training in five Indian languages. The application, which will be available for free on Android Play Store from December 6, 2014, will include modules on digital literacy, financial inclusion, healthcare and cleanliness.
According to RS Sharma, secretary, department of electronics & IT, the Digital India program is an umbrella initiative with the vision of transforming India into a digitally empowered society. “For this digital transformation to be completed, it is imperative that the government and corporates work together in creating a sustainable model for digital education. It is great to see tech leaders like Intel India come forward and support the cause with innovative computing solutions that will help Indians harness the benefits of a digital India,” he says.
This is the great start for India to make 100% IT literacy I believe Intel India doing the right thing. There still more awareness to be done in rural. I wish all the success to the #DigitalIndia vision and I wish my village gets all the benefits of E-Governance.

Most memorable days spent # together with my Family

In life there are many moments which we spent #together with our friends, family and with loved ones. When we were kid we hand no worries, once we started to grow up it all started. We had to go out to make money and make our lives independently.

Like everyone else my childhood filled with infinite memories. I was always a lucky go naughty kid. Every other member in my family loved me for one or other reason.
Then it all happened after my education and my major turnaround in my life finally I came to Bangalore in search of a job. I started to stay with my friends and it was a home to me. I joined a firm after my MBA and left my sweet home. My father is working at Gulf. He used to come once in year and that also just for one month. My sister doing her higher education in another city. At home my granny and my mom left. All #together everyone missing everyone.
I had Sunday off and I couldn't imagine to travel to my native. It was very hard for me to make time. My sister couldn't make it because of her studies. When my sister had her semester breaks my father used to plan his vacations. I would be missing, since I would not get holidays at that time. Such a long time it we had seen each other but every other day I used to call my loved ones.
My work pressure, outside junk food and the number of hours in the heavy traffic making me sick. I wanted to a long holiday so I can be with my family #together and I wanted to enjoy my favorite dishes which mom prepares for me.
Finally I have decided and made a plan for us to be #together and thanked god such a time came sooner that I had imagined. All I was wishing for a big party. Down the line one year we planned to have new house and with the support of my father we built one new house at my native. It was the real occasion to celebrate. And then I planned the housing warming in the month of December so I can plan my Christmas vacation.
I applied for two week leave prior to Christmas. My sister will get one 15 days holiday, my father mad his vacation planned so me and he can reach at the same time.
It was 26th December as planned our housing warming day I was dancing in excitement. I could not sleep in the train and was waiting desperately to meet my granny, Mom, my father and y sister. I was over joyed to see all of them under one roof. I busted out my tears of joy.
Mom had made a variety of dishes and we sat down #together for breakfast. We were so happy on one table.  I permanently stored the feeling in my memory. We were chatting like there is no tomorrow. We now had upcoming housewarming ceremony, started to plan out we had one week left and we have to invite the guest so many arrangements were pending. I and father did one by one. Finally the day came all my family relatives and friend were present on that day. It was the great celebration for me and my family. That Christmas was the best I ever had.
After spending my vacation I came back to Bangalore and it was same life but this time with so much relaxation. I have realized that being #together with your family is one relief which will never get anywhere. Money can be earned and spent. But happiness with the loved ones is the most expensive and no one could afford it.

Hostel brought big chagne in my life to #StartANewLife

It was wonderful evening. I was at my native and having good time at beach. Looking at the waves, feeling the cool breeze and enjoying the sunset, my memories went back.

“KMD are you going to stay there? Let’s go to a ride and have fun” my friend Pinto called me up. “Yea sure, let’s go,” we started to leave the coffee shop. I and my friends have habit of going for ride whenever we feel like it. I still remember the day 24th Dec 2010 how can I forget!
We always had fun together, but this day was different, which nobody of us expected. After the ride while coming back to home I met with an accident. Boom! It Is Christmas Eve and me on hospital bed. My leg got broke Doctor said I cannot walk another 20 days and he had put POP.
This changed my whole life. I was pursuing my MBA after the 2nd Semester this happened and I cannot lose my MBA degree. After taking rest for 1 month I visited the doctor again. After running several testes he finally concluded that I have Grade III Level ligament tear on my right leg, so I need to undergo an operation. I even asked for alternatives, for my bad there was none.
I had only one thing in my mind is my MBA career which I never wanted to go away. I explained Doctor saying can I be like this for another year? He had big smile on his face and said “I never saw anyone risking his life for career, yea you can walk with the help of walking stick and you should not put any weight on the right leg.” I was very much relaxed, now it’s time to conscience my parents- It took me 2 days to explain them how important my career is. My college was 20 Km away from my house I cannot take my Bike or Bus so decided to stay at hostel.
My parents came to see me off, and I could not believe myself when I felt tears swelled up in the corner of my eyes. I got a room mate who study in my class he is from North Karnataka, It was the first time I started away from my home, feel was different.
I made new hostel friends they supported me well. Took care of me all the way I couldn't imagine how it happened. But it was great thing, after shifting to hostel I had new contacts where I involved in fine arts my leg was recovering but I had in my mind that after my degree I have to undergo an operation. My will power renewed.
I thought I am going to fall in my life but here it took another turn. I met a girl one of my junior she always as I was senior and most of the time I used to spend time at library she also wanted to know more about subject. I genuinely helped her.

Day by day we getting closer and one day we having a coffee and she proposed me. DO you think I will be a fool to reject? I was not in shock but exited. I clarified about my situation everything was acceptable. She supported me a lot. I wrote my Final 4th semester exams, following that I admitted to hospital and my leg got operated.
I was taking bed rest for 6 months at home. After that I completely recovered, all these times my girl was with me and we decided to marry soon.
Wow! It was just the wave touched my feet and me back to my senses.
Now I realized with unexpected incident how my life changed. I never imagined that I will go to hostel, but the time spent in the hostel were the best time of my life. It taught me so many things that I could not have learned otherwise.
The girl I met going to be my life partner, she managing me with lot of patience.
I am happy today in life, I have new life now and I know to accept the challenges in life. I thank everyone who supported me all the way.
What you need to #StartANewLife?
Stay at Hostel made me to #StartANewLife? then Dream Home can Make lot better. +Housing.com

Optimism and hope for the future #lookup

The way you take it! I would like to tell another inspiration which I had experienced in my life.

As my daily habit of taking a jog at park in the evening. There are very interesting people around you. Few people smile back some greet as they know me by seeing daily. I never chatted with anyone there.
One fine day while taking jog at park I found one interesting guy. He is in his early 20’s . I was tired after 10 round of Jog found a bench and sat next to the particular person. I just greeted him and sat next to him. I was just relaxing myself on the bench.
I felt like I need to talk to him and introduced myself and so he did back. There was so much sadness in his face. I further gone ahead and stated to inquiry about him. Then he started his story.
He have job to distribute Newspaper in the morning, in the evening he will at any crowded area and distributing pamphlets.
Well at that moment there was big question in my mind that such a waste of young energy.
I asked him “Kiran don’t you go to college?”  There was slight sad smile on his face. He explained that he was a School dropout. Previously he worked at a small hotel as waiter and now he is distributing paper. He is daily income is Rs. 200- 300.
I did not spot there I was still interested to know his story “who all are in your family?”
“I live alone here came to earn money, my mother and sister who is still studying, both stay at village. Because of my father death our small farm taken away by the people who lend us money. We have no money to repay back even though it is not huge” I felt tears in his eye.
It was obvious that he came to earn money but my question was why did he left his previous job he could have continued that and could have earned good money and asked so.
Sometime by asking some questions we recall the bad memory, with great sadness he started “They blamed me for stealing money! I am ready to do anything but I did not steal the money. They few waiter were aware of my story one of the experienced waiter did and no one believed me. I had to quit from there as I cannot stop working. If I do then who will take care of me and my sister?” Now he completely broke in to tears, I was in no situation to tell anything, He continued “Now found this job where now I get some food and money, there are so many people like me starving daily, I am bit lucky”
I couldn't say anything to it. It was going to be little late and said “Sir, let me take a leave now. I came here just for a relaxation, Thank you for hearing my pain. I know now have nothing but I promised myself that one day there will be.”
I was really impressed by the person I met unexpectedly. I always thought I am the only one who struggling in life. By listening to this person I felt that the happiness in nowhere it is inside every one of us. We need to learn to get satisfied what we have and never lose the hope.
Optimism in life is important, when you add hope to it then there is nothing can stop you from achieving your goal. Always #lookup in life.

Memories refreshed with “You’re the password to my life”

“You’re the password to my life” is heart touching true story by Sudeep Nagarkar. It made me cry and smile at the same time.
So for it’s the best in my appeal for friendship and love. Whether a boy and a girl can really be best buddies? This was my long time query which unanswered. Sudeep Nagarkar beautifully taken reader thoughts in his book. Story supports the thought process when it is positive. For friendship there is no boundary and one can find the ultimate love and hope of living.
“You’re the Password to My Life” unlocks the mystery of Friendship and Love.
When I started reading this book I felt it’s just another love story, my expectation about the book changed gradually, essence of friendship took me to the other extreme end. “You’re the Password to My Life” is the title given to unlock the hope in friendship. A beautiful relation on the earth which will give the freedom to live.
Whole story concentrated and on Virat and Kvya and it truly supported by Rohan, Riddhima and Zoya. Aditya Being the cousin plays the vital role in Rohan’s life.
Another thing I liked the best in the story is there is no barrier in love and when the opposite sex is involved in friendship it is very hard to manage, where in the story Mahek handles her love and friendship wisely. In fact she never doubted her love and she respected her friendship.

Brief about the Book
Main characters in the story: Virat, Kavya, Mahek, Rohan, Riddhima, Zoya and Aditya
Character description: Should go through the book which will excite you more.
Story about: True Friendship between a girl and boy which will be beyond imagination.
Story Line: Very well written, Characters will make you laugh, cry, get shock and gives you the feeling of things happening around you in real.
Author style: A simple and effective writing. Never take you around the bush instead to the point straight. Other than songs and long messages. The text messages where so long in reality I have no time to read or write.
Dislikes: Cannot stop reading until you finish the book. I missed my important meeting.
Best Part: Friend in Virat will always have a surprise for his friends.
Recommendation: I suggest every reader need to go through this book. Sudeep Nagarkar presented the true version of friendship. The spins are something which you never expected to happen, makes you stand up and clap for the author. Sudeep Nagarkar leaves a deep impact on you when you close this book. Highly recommended to everyone.

Everyone will encounter the same feelings which expressed in “You’re the Password to My Life”. The Message expressed in this book is we all require a fixed fellow in the form of a friend who makes you not only smile but cry and put you in danger still stands with you no matter what it takes. Always learn to respect the love relationship, find the purity of the situation and take the decisions. With no reason people go away from us do not judge them until you know the reality.

Read the book and write what you felt.
