Lady Finger Masala







How to prepare Lady Finger  Masala



 Things you need.

1. ½ kg fresh Lady fingers

2. 3 medium size Tomato

3. 2 onions

4. 2 tea spoon cumin seeds

5. ½ tea spoon Mustard seeds

6. 2 tea spoon coriander powder

7. 6 tea spoon chilly powder (Home Made)

8. 4 garlic

9. 1” ginger

10. 3 green chilli

11. 50ml Oil

12. 2 tea spoon vinegar

13. coriander leaves to garnish



How to prepare?



Wash The Vegetables first and cut nicely and keep a side.

Cut the Tomato, Green chilli, ginger, garlic, and Onions accordingly

Heat the vessel add oil

Once oil is heated up add Mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

In one minute add Lady fingers

Fry thoroughly for 5 minutes

Then add Onions Tomato, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli.

Mix it and fry it 2 minutes more

Now add  Salt, chilli powder and coriander powder Mix well and keep it for  2 minutes

Add  250ml Water and boil 5 minutes

Turn off the gas and spread coriander leaves and close the lid for 5 minutes

Your Lady Finger fry Masala is ready and it best to eat with chapathi.
